NACOTHEQUE TO GUEST DJ WASSUP ROCKERS BLOCK PARTY!!

FREE-FOR-ALL BLOCK PARTY and a SNEAK PREVIEW SCREENING of Larry Clark's new movie, WASSUP ROCKERS in Bushwick Brooklyn, Saturday, June 17th, starting at 4:00 pm.

The event will feature live bands, games for skaters (with cash prizes), DJs, an appearance from pro skater Chad Muska, food, and giveaways from Boost Mobile, Etnies, Baker, and others.

Bands confimed to appear include electronica punk rawkers, A.R.E. Weapons, screamo band, Taylor Bow, indie pop rockers, The Films, sexually deprived thrashers, Pissed Jeans and Latino punk rock band, Demencia Alcoholika. DJs Josh Madden and Patrick Lavin spinning hardcore and classic punk. Also confirmed are the Nacotheque djs, Marcelo Cunning & Amylulita, spinning mexican ska and spanish punk rock.

The party will take place at Knickerbocker and Thames Streets, in front of Office Opps, located at 57 Thames Street, and the streets will be closed for the event. (Get directions here) At 8:30 pm, Clark and actor Kiko Pedrasa, will present a screening of Wassup Rockers.

Get your Free passes for the "Free-For-All Block Party" at any American Apparel store, or print the invite on the website. Passes will also be distributed through Latin and local media including The New York Post's Tempo, The Village Voice, and WCAA, as well as through organizations like SkatePark USA and the Boys and Girls Clubs.
